The attendees can get information about visa application from the Italian Foreign Ministry website. Additional information can be found at the Shengen website.

Anyone who needs an invitation letter should contact the Local Chair (roberto.girau@unibo.it).

The requester must provide the following information:

• Full name and affiliation
• Gender (m/f);
• The country and passport number;
• The consulate where you are applying the visa
• The full title, list of authors and affiliations of the paper you will present
